Let go.

What is reflexology?

As mentioned, reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy which aims to optimise both physical and emotional health. There are many different types of reflexology, and I specialise in foot and hand treatment, maternity reflexology, and reflexology for clients living with cancer.

I am always looking to expand my knowledge and branch into other areas of complementary therapies.

Keep an eye out on my blog to see what I’m up to and learning.

What can it do for you?

Clients usually experience relief from a wide variety of problems including

Stiffness in the neck and back

Fertility issues

Digestive disorders

Hormonal imbalances

Sinus congestion

Foot or Hand Treatment

Reflexology session will take around an hour, the first session may take slightly longer as I will take a full medical history to identify any current areas for concern and your treatment needs. You will then relax in a reclining chair and your feet will be wrapped in warm towels. Gentle thumb and finger pressure will be used to stimulate specific points in the feet that correspond to all the various parts of the body. Reflexology is a very relaxing treatment to receive.

Maternity reflexology

I received Reflexology through both of my pregnancies which I found extremely helpful in many ways. It inspired me to expand my knowledge in Maternity related issues so I could support mums to be on their pregnancy journey. Sessions can usually begin from week 13 (second trimester).
Maternity clients find relief from hormonal related symptoms, morning sickness, sleeplessness, aches and pains, labour and birth, and postnatal ease.
Receiving Reflexology in the 6 weeks following birth is a wonderful way to bond with your baby. Mums often like to have their treatments at home at this stage and you can cuddle up feed your baby if needed. The treatment will gently support your body through the healing process and help to balance hormones.
